During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, design preferences, and any specific functionality you need for your site. It’s also a chance for us to ensure we’re the right fit to bring your project to life.
Afterward, you’ll secure your design dates with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit, officially kicking off the journey to your new website!
Before we start, you’ll receive a detailed welcome package guiding you through everything needed to ensure a smooth process. This includes gathering your content—such as photos, written copy, and branding elements—and providing access to any third-party tools or integrations you’d like incorporated.
Preparation is the cornerstone of our two-week timeline, and having all your materials ready means we can dive straight into designing a site that truly reflects your vision without delay.
Day 1: Strategy and Mood Board Creation
We start with a one-hour strategy session to review your content, clarify your design preferences, and refine the goals for your website. If any additional content is needed, we’ll identify it during this session. Following the call, we’ll create a mood board and color palette (if applicable) for your approval, setting the tone for the site design.
Days 2–5: Building Your Vision
The design process is in full swing! We build your website step by step, ensuring every page aligns with your brand, vision, and business needs. To keep the process seamless, we ask that you remain available throughout the week to answer questions, provide clarifications, or supply any additional materials needed. By the end of the week, you’ll have a fully drafted website ready for your review and feedback.
Days 6–9: This week is all about perfecting your website. You’ll review the draft and provide any feedback or revision requests. We work collaboratively to refine every detail, from visuals to functionality, ensuring your site is exactly what you envisioned. We also optimize the site for basic SEO and set up any required integrations, like appointment schedulers or payment systems.
Day 10: On launch day, we have a final review and launch session (0.5–1 hour). During this session, we’ll walk through your website together, ensuring everything is perfect and ready to go live. For clients with blogging features, we’ll provide an overview of how to create and manage posts. While on the call, we’ll finalise everything—connect your domain, activate your plan, and officially launch your website! A recording of the session will be provided for future reference if applicable.
